Simoniz Detailers, Brushless Car Wash System
I bought this after watching the television commercial. The $20 system is a spinning cloth "disk" that is powered by the water hose. It looks easy. It is not easy. Actually, the main problem is that it is only as good as the water power in the hose. On our hose, that is not nearly as much as is necessary to truly clean the car, and I suspect the same is true of most residences. There is some minimal use. It is better than just a quick hose down. But contrary to the commercial, it does not replace good ol' elbow power for washing the car. |
