Craven Tire & Auto is a family owned business that has been in the area for
over 35 years. It is primarily a Goodyear dealer and is a member of the Goodyear
nationwide warranty service, but it also sells Bridgestone,
Pirelli, Yokohama, and many other brands. The business also carries high performance tires and
has access to a distributor for specialty tires such as bias ply tires.
The shop handles most automobile repair jobs with the exception of deep engine or deep transmission work. The shop is AAA approved; in 1992 Craven Tire & Auto was awarded a Certificate of Commendation for 2 years of quality auto repair by AAA Potomac. All mechanics are ASE approved. Craven Tire offers towing and a customer shuttle service within 5 miles. It is also a meeting place for local Porsche and Volvo clubs.
