I have purchased two desktop computers from Dell. The
latest was the Dimension 8100. I have not had any problems and have been
completely satisfied with the Dell computers.
My recommendation for the average consumer continues to be to buy as much computer as you can reasonably afford. Yes, I know it will be obsolete soon, but the longer you can keep the one you are purchasing, the less you will pay for the next one.
